This position has direct customer interaction and leads the execution of program goals and objectives. You’ll learn the customer’s business firsthand and contribute to technology roadmaps that align customer requirements with industry advancements and next generation capabilities. This is a fast-paced work environment that directly supports US DOD and Civilian operations worldwide.

More About the Role

  • Coordinate closely with program projects to ensure alignment of all program and JTF business activities, fostering seamless collaboration and efficient execution.
  • Assume responsibility for the day-to-day execution of tasks, collaborating effectively with the PMT and leadership team to achieve program objectives with precision and effectiveness.
  • Provide strong leadership to a team of professionals, guiding them in the modernization efforts of our customer's IT systems to drive improved business outcomes and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute valuable insights during roadmap discussions, leveraging industry experience to inform solutions and proposed deployments, thereby enhancing our strategic approach and future initiatives.
  • Fulfill all program and OEM reporting duties diligently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in delivering comprehensive reports to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Lead to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and foster sustainable program growth through strategic planning and proactive risk management.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications

  • Manage and optimize Federal logistics, supply chain, and maintenance operations to ensure efficient resource utilization and compliance with government regulations and standards.
  • Lead the development, sustainment, operations, and modernization of IT systems supporting federal logistics and supply chain management, driving technological innovation and operational efficiency.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee large-scale projects involving multiple teams, from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
  • Provide effective leadership and direction to a diverse team of technical and non-technical professionals, fostering collaboration, teamwork, and individual growth.
  • Progressively advance through roles of increasing responsibility, demonstrating leadership and technical acumen, and contributing to the overall strategic direction of the organization.
  • Utilize financial management skills and business acumen to make informed decisions, allocate resources strategically, and optimize cost-effectiveness in logistics and IT operations.
  • Communicate plans, strategies, and project updates clearly and effectively to executive-level stakeholders, fostering alignment and driving organizational success.

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have

  • Agile certification and Experience in an Agile environment
  • PMP is desirable
  • Expertise in DoD Programs and Projects (NASA SEWP, DLA, ITES)
  • Direct experience with commercial supply chain best practices

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is: $90,000- $125,000
